Delivery typically takes between 7 to 21 business days depending on the product origin and shipping method selected. Delays may occur due to customs processing, logistics issues, or holidays.

1.2 Shipping Sources

We process and deliver orders from major global online marketplaces such as Amazon, Temu, eBay, Alibaba, and others, with sourcing points primarily in the UAE, UK, China, and the USA.

1.3 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to major cities and towns in Somalia, including Mogadishu, Hargeisa, Kismayo, Bosaso, and Garowe. More locations will be added as we expand.

1.4 Tracking and Updates

Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp.

1.5 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and origin of the product. All fees will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international ordering and customs restrictions, returns and refunds are limited. However, we are committed to helping our customers resolve any issues with their purchases.

2.1 Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following criteria:
– The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
– The wrong product was delivered.
– The return is requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
– Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
– Electronics with broken seals or signs of use
– Perishable or flammable goods
– Products restricted by Somali customs

2.3 Return Process

To request a return:
– Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
– Provide pictures and details of the issue.
– We will coordinate the return with the original seller where possible.

2.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the original seller approves the return. FastDrop.so will update you on the status and, if approved, process the refund through the original payment method.
